You always know what comes next, what it includes and what it costs. Nothing starts without a written scope.
We talk about your business. You get a written quote: what is included, what is not, and what it costs.
Logo, texts in one language, 6 to 10 photos, address, hours, phone and WhatsApp. We translate.
Domain, GitHub and the email that receives the form are yours; you invite us. We never ask for passwords.
A live version you can open on your phone. Two rounds of changes, each one a written list.
Your domain points to the new website. Your company email is not touched.
A written list of what was delivered, everything in your name, and the maintenance proposal the same day.
04 · Questions
If yours is not here, ask us. We answer in English or Spanish.
You give us the texts in one language, along with your logo and photos. We organize them and translate them; the second language is included. Writing from scratch is not.
Yes. The domain, the code repository and every account are in your name. We keep our own access to maintain it. If we part ways, you keep everything.
Nothing. We point the domain to the new website and leave the email records exactly as they are. Your inbox keeps working.
For a website, nothing: hosting and the certificate are free with your own domain. Custom software and apps may need a paid server; if so, it is spelled out in your written quote. Maintenance is optional.
No. We handle the migration: we rescue your content, redirect every old address to its new page and hand Google a fresh sitemap.
No. We build and maintain what we make for you, including the analytics tags on your website. Ad campaigns, marketing reports and social media are not included.
No. The form sends each message straight to your inbox through a free external service. Nothing is saved on any server of ours.
